Simply contact us using the WhatsApp link at the top of the page and send us a photo of your Blue Light Card along with any form of ID. We'll accept a driving licence or even a debit/credit card as long as it has the same name on it that the Blue Light Card carries.
The booking must be made under the name of the person carrying the Blue Light Card.
When you contact us we will verify that you are eligible for the Blue Light Card discount and then provide you with a discount code to use when you book your excursions. The code will be valid to use against any excursion on our website (except parks and one or two other higher value excursions).
All our boat trips, watersports, quads and over 100 other excursions qualify.
Depending on your group size the discount will be 10% (for groups of 2-5) and 20 % (for groups of 6 or more).
If you're flying back to the UK and need a Covid 19 Antigen test we can arrange this for you from a trusted medical centre that provides authorised test results in less than 15 minutes.
We will book the appointment for you and arrange your test which will be done within 15 minutes and a certificate will be provided for you.
We will book the test for you and if needed also book a taxi to get you there and back.
The cost for the test is just 29 Euros and we charge a modest 5 Euros booking fee per person.
This will be the first Treasure Hunt organised in Tenerife that covers the whole island. It will give you an opportunity to discover places you may not know and rediscover places you haven't seen in a while. All the while helping to support one of our local charities.
This being the first Treasure hunt in Tenerife we have collaborated with “Happy 2 Help Tenerife” who help local families in need and given what has happened in 2020 with Covid and restrictions I am sure you'll agree they have been a beacon of light for many families during this difficult time.
You can participate as an individual or group, collaborate or work alone, it's entirely up to yourself. Once you have entered the Treasure hunt you will be given access to the clues. There's no time limit, no restrictions on when you can hunt for the clues and no limits on how you find the clues. However, the first one to get all the clues will of-course get the first prize.
Once you pay to enter the Treasure hunt your entry fee will be paid directly to the chosen charity, in this case that will be Happy 2 Help Tenerife. 100% of all entry fees will be paid directly to the charity.
The rules (OUTLINED BELOW) of the game are quite simple: Once your entry fee is paid you will be given access to the clues. You follow each clue to find the treasure. You will be given a WhatsApp number to send a photograph of the treasure to. You simply snap a photo and send it to that number and we will confirm if the photo is indeed the treasure you are hunting or a decoy (yes, there will be decoys).
There will be bonus points too for other items found on the trail so keep your eye out for these.
There will be a number of prizes available (DETAILS TO BE PLACED BELOW). The first team to complete the treasure hunt will of-course get the first prize, the second team to complete will get the 2nd prize and do on. There will be bonus prizes for high scores and bonus treasures that get found too so even if you don't get all the treasure you may still win a bonus prize.

How we help your business grow...
We inform sales agents at each sales point about your tour, it's unique features and of course the benefits to them. We also ensure that we are available to them whenever they have a question about your tour so they know that with one quick phone call a booking can be made or questions answered.
We invite sales agents to participate in your tour each time we see any that have not already done the tour as this way they are much more kowledgeable and enthusiastic about the tour you offer. This makes the product so much easier to sell and their enthusiasm shows when they are describing your tour too.
As we visit each pont of sale (typically every couple of weeks) we ensure that your tour has promimence at the point of sale and can be seen by any prospective customers.
Some tours have incentives such as 1 in every 10 sales is 100% commission. Others might offer a higher commission rate for points that sell more. We ensure that these are relayed to the sales points each time we visit to make sure that your tour has a better chance of being sold.
As we also sell excursions so it's actually quite easy for us to identify your competition and help you set your tour apart thus getting more bookings.
We can help you identify your unique selling points (USPs) and push these on your website, through points of sales and receive more bookings.
The commercial services we offer fall broadly into 2 categories and with the pricing charts below you can easly calculate the cost to your business:
We will take calls for you, check availability and book clients onto your tour. We will handle everything from the initial call right up to when the client is on your tour.
We will visit each point of sale (POS) that you want to have your tour displayed and ensure that agents know about your excursion, it's benefits and that the POS has your product prominently displayed.
There are around 300 sales points within the three main pickup zones we have available to us. These include hotels, tourist information points and of-course ticket agents and shops.
If you would like to place your publicity in these locations and have them available to prospective customers just contact us.
Another service we offer is to help you setup a new sales point. From scouting locations to opening the office and negotiating contracts with providers. We ensure that your sales point has the best possible chance of making your business a success and can even train your sales staff and provide an online presence for you to make online sales while your shop is closed.

Prizes are non transferable.
