At Best Excursions Tenerife everything we do is 100% electronic. Because of this you will need access to the Internet to make yor booking and an email address to receive your booking confirmation and how to participate in the excursion you have selected.
Ticket collection can also be arranged through one of our offices, just contact us once your excursion has been booked.
We do our absolute best to ensure that you get the best possible price for the excursion you're looking for.
Wherever you see "Best Price!" on Best Excursions Tenerife we've done just this; we've looked at what others are offering and provided you with the best price available for that excursion.
We're happy to cancel any excursion booked providing we have enough notice.
In some cases it's possible that we cannot cancel (as services have already been paid for) or that we can only provide a partial refund. We look at each case individually and will do our absolute level best to ensure you get the best vacation experience possible.
The deadline for cancellations is 48 hours before booking to receive a deposit refund.
Where a booking has been cancelled by the operator (due to bad weather for example) we will always try and provide you with an alternative and where this is not possible issue a full refund.
At the bottom of each excursion's page we have our pickup points. We'd always recommend using the chat facility available or contacting us to confirm there is a pickup near you, especially if you are staying in an area outside Los Cristianos or Playa de Las Americas.
Where we cannot accomodtae you on your chosen excursion we will always try and find an acceptable alternative.
We also ask that you try and book at least 48 hours in advance. However, we appreciate that your holiday is your main concern and this may not always be possible. For this reason if we are unable to get you the excursion you want or find an acceptable alternative we are happy to refund you.
Where an excursion has been confirmed we will need at least 48 hours notice in order to issue a refund and in some exceptional cases we may not be able to issue a full refund as places have already been reserved and cannot be resold.
The following pickup points are available for most of our excursions, we will always confirm pickup once your booking is made.
