We will always check availability and try to get you on the trip you want but in summer excursions can become fully booked.
We now use an SCA compiant payment flow.
Starting in September 2019, a new regulation called Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) requires businesses in Europe to request additional customer authentication for online payments. Using the new Payment Intent and Setup Intent APIs, Checkout fully supports SCA—including exemption logic—and ensures that you only ask customers to provide additional authentication when strictly necessary.

Tenerife is known internationally for its warm and pleasant climate, as the "Island of Eternal Spring" (Isla de la Eterna Primavera). The island, which lies at the same latitude as central Florida, enjoys a warm tropical climate with an average of 18–24 °C (64–75 °F) in the winter and 24–28 °C (75–82 °F) in the summer. It has a high annual total of days of sunshine, and low precipitation in all but the mountain areas. The moderate climate of Tenerife is controlled to a great extent by the tradewinds, whose humidity is condensed principally over the north and northeast of the island, creating cloud banks that range between 600 and 1,800 metres (2,000 and 5,900 feet) in height. The cold sea currents of the Canary Islands also have a cooling effect on the coasts and its beaches, while the topography of the landscape plays a role in climatic differences on the island with its many valleys.
The moderating effect of the marine air makes extreme heat a rare occurrence and frost an impossibility at sea level. The lowest recorded temperature in downtown Santa Cruz is 8.1 °C (46.6 °F), the coldest month on record still had a relatively mild average temperature of 15.8 °C (60.4 °F). Summer temperatures are highest in August, with an average high of 29 °C (84 °F) in Santa Cruz, similar to those of places as far north as Barcelona and Majorca, because of the greater maritime influence. At a higher elevation in La Laguna, the climate transitions to a Mediterranean climate with higher precipitation amounts and lower temperatures year round. The climate of Santa Cruz is very typical of the Canaries, albeit only slightly warmer than the climate of Las Palmas.
All the operators we work with use unique and individual bookings systems. Therefore it's very difficult to ascertain in the moment if places are available. In many cases places will be available when you make the booking but prior to issuing your ticket(s) we will always contact the operator and confirm availability.
If a particular trip is unavailable then we will always attempt to find a suitable alternative and where one is not available we will issue a full refund as per our refunds policy.
The majority of our excursions do offer free transport. However, there may be occasions where this is unavailable. For example, if your accommodation is to far away or if their transport is already booked and full. We will always advise of this but transport cannot always be guarunteed unfortunately
In some cases we may have to make a rebooking fee of 5€ per person for any excursions where you have asked to change the excursion or date/time.
We will always advise of this charge before rebooking.
At Best Excursions Tenerife everything we do is 100% electronic. Because of this you will need access to the Internet to make yor booking and an email address to receive your booking confirmation and how to participate in the excursion you have selected.
Ticket collection can also be arranged through one of our offices, just contact us once your excursion has been booked.
Some parks only accept paper tickets and in this case we will send the official ticket to you to be printed or deliver it if at all possible.
We do our absolute best to ensure that you get the best possible price for the excursion you're looking for.
Wherever you see "Best Price!" on Best Excursions Tenerife we've done just this; we've looked at what others are offering and provided you with the best price available for that excursion.
We're happy to cancel any excursion booked providing we have enough notice.
In some cases it's possible that we cannot cancel (as services have already been paid for) or that we can only provide a partial refund. We look at each case individually and will do our absolute level best to ensure you get the best vacation experience possible.
The deadline for cancellations is 48 hours before booking to receive a deposit refund.
Where a booking has been cancelled by the operator (due to bad weather for example) we will always try and provide you with an alternative and where this is not possible issue a full refund as per our refunds policy.
At the bottom of each excursion's page we have our pickup points. We'd always recommend using the chat facility available or contacting us to confirm there is a pickup near you, especially if you are staying in an area outside Los Cristianos or Playa de Las Americas.
Where we cannot accommodtae you on your chosen excursion we will always try and find an acceptable alternative.
We also ask that you try and book at least 48-72 hours in advance. However, we appreciate that your holiday is your main concern and this may not always be possible. For this reason if we are unable to get you the excursion you want or find an acceptable alternative we are happy to refund you.
Where an excursion has been confirmed we will need at least 48 hours notice in order to issue a refund and in some exceptional cases we may not be able to issue a full refund as places have already been reserved and cannot be resold.
The following pickup points are available for most of our excursions, we will always confirm pickup once your booking is made.
