These pickup zones are a rough guide. If you are staying in Zone B for example that does not necessarily mean an excursion in zone C will not pick you up. We always confirm this when you make your booking.
We often get asked "Where are the markets held in Tenerife?" so we decided to put together this convenient list for you, we hope it's of use.
We now use an SCA compiant payment flow.
Starting in September 2019, a new regulation called Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) requires businesses in Europe to request additional customer authentication for online payments. Using the new Payment Intent and Setup Intent APIs, Checkout fully supports SCA—including exemption logic—and ensures that you only ask customers to provide additional authentication when strictly necessary.

Tenerife is known internationally for its warm and pleasant climate, as the "Island of Eternal Spring" (Isla de la Eterna Primavera). The island, which lies at the same latitude as central Florida, enjoys a warm tropical climate with an average of 18–24 °C (64–75 °F) in the winter and 24–28 °C (75–82 °F) in the summer. It has a high annual total of days of sunshine, and low precipitation in all but the mountain areas. The moderate climate of Tenerife is controlled to a great extent by the tradewinds, whose humidity is condensed principally over the north and northeast of the island, creating cloud banks that range between 600 and 1,800 metres (2,000 and 5,900 feet) in height. The cold sea currents of the Canary Islands also have a cooling effect on the coasts and its beaches, while the topography of the landscape plays a role in climatic differences on the island with its many valleys.
All the operators we work with use unique and individual bookings systems. Therefore it's very difficult to ascertain in the moment if places are available. In many cases places will be available when you make the booking but prior to issuing your ticket(s) we will always contact the operator and confirm availability.
If a particular trip is unavailable then we will always attempt to find a suitable alternative and where one is not available we will issue a full refund as per our refunds policy.
The majority of our excursions do offer free transport. However, there may be occasions where this is unavailable. For example, if your accommodation is to far away or if their transport is already booked and full. We will always advise of this but transport cannot always be guarunteed unfortunately
In some cases we may have to make a rebooking fee of 5€ per person for any excursions where you have asked to change the excursion or date/time.
We will always advise of this charge before rebooking.
Group discounts are often available for families or groups of 6 or more, just get in touch and we'll be happy to help.
At Best Excursions Tenerife everything we do is 100% electronic. Because of this you will need access to the Internet to make your booking and an email address to receive your booking confirmation and how to participate in the excursion you have selected.
Ticket collection can also be arranged through one of our offices, just contact us once your excursion has been booked.
Some excursions only accept paper tickets and in this case we will send the official ticket to you to be printed or deliver it if at all possible.
