For group bookings with agencies and corporate clients we have a dedicated service that ensures your bookings go smoothly. Whether it's a group of 10, 100 or 200 people the following information will help us ensure your excursions all go according to plan.
What we need to know
- Which activity/activities you want to do
- How many people will participate in each activity
- What dates you want to do each activity
- Your location
- Is transport required
It is also important that you enquire and book at least 1 month in advance to ensure availability. However, please note that any availability quoted can change day to day and even hour to hour for some of the more popular activities such as boat trips and quad or buggy trips. Once we have payment or a deposit the availability will be confirmed and the spaces held for your group.
Tickets will be issued once full payment has been made.

Payment
For smaller groups or where groups only wish to book a single activity the bookings are typically done through our website. For larger groups or where groups will be performing multiple activities we can invoice the booking and then once paid issue the tickets ourselves for you.
Bespoke Trips
Typically groups are happy to choose from the activities we have available. However, we are happy to customise trips where needed. If you have any special requirements please just get in touch.
Tickets
We are the only 100% digital agency in Tenerife so nothing needs to be printed. We create your bookings for you automatically and issue digital tickets. The operator simply scans the QR code on your ticket to confirm the booking when you arrive.
Itinerary Management
Where multiple trips have been booked we keep a record of the itinerary and distribute this to your group if needed to ensure everyone knows where they need to be and when they need to be there.
Transport
If you need transport and the operator cannot provide it then this is also something we can help with. Just let us know when making contact.
